an award-winning picture book author/illustrator and multi-faceted story-crafter celebrated for her unique style. Her works transport audiences to vibrant, imaginative worlds, evoking feelings and memories of kid-like wonder. Jess’s unique approach to storytelling has garnered the attention of top publishing houses, companies, and producers in the entertainment industry.
She is a creatrix who sees the world in a very unique way, constantly turning it upside down and inside out. Jess is a perpetually curious human.
Involuntarily raised in a religious cult and a childhood of being contorted into a story that didn’t fit, Jess found an oasis in her imagination - until she was able to escape and create her own story.
Through this experience, Jess ultimately discovered that story is the beating heart of everything we do, create, and believe. Not only do we have a choice of which stories we allow in our lives, we have a great responsibility to tell better stories. From fairytales to companies of all sizes to belief systems to the news.
